Dice Indicator and Elemental Effects

Added a dice indicator to direct you if dice goes off screen as well as indicate what number the dice landed on.

Added Elemental effects/color change to dice depending on current element.

Fire/Water/Lightning/None are complete. Other may be added in the future depending on time constraints
